A Legacy of Supporting Geneseo
For Jack '76 and Carol '76 Kramer, including Geneseo in their estate plans is a logical extension of their lifelong passion for their alma mater. Despite the end of Jack's long tenure on the Geneseo Foundation Board of Directors, including being named Board Chair Emeritus, you're still likely to run into both of them on campus.
They relish attending the college's annual GREAT Day celebration of student research, and their Endowed Lecture Fund supports the event's keynote speaker.
The Kramers' bequest expands their wide-ranging support of the college, creating scholarships, providing funding for students to Study Abroad, and adding to the existing Jack '76 and Carol '76 Kramer Faculty in Excellence and Innovation Endowment.
"We've gotten more back than we've given," says Jack. "The faculty members are the ones who are actually making the magic happen, so we need to support them." Jack says.
